Oct 12, 2026 | Claret Seminary, Saint Anthony Mary Claret College

QUEZON CITY, Philippines (October 12, 2026)

Saint Anthony Mary Claret College (SAMCC) hosted a voluntary blood donation drive at the college building on October 9, 2026. SAMCC and the CCSO organized the activity, which started at 1:00 PM and was open to all students, faculty, and staff.

The organizers partnered with the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) Pediatric Blood Center MBD Team to facilitate the medical procedures. The visiting medical team provided dedicated care and seamless service throughout the afternoon. The campus community successfully screened 34 donors, which resulted in 41 successful blood donations.

The institution conducted the drive to help replenish the local blood bank and support ongoing community health needs. The school administration extended its gratitude to all the brave students, faculty, and staff who registered, prepared, and donated during the event.

The initiative promoted generosity, compassion, and a sincere desire to assist others. The organizers reminded the participants that since blood cannot be easily manufactured, voluntary donations remain essential in giving patients a second chance at life.
